I have moved many times, but this was truly the move from ***.The initial estimate was doubled and they refused to deliver my goods w/o pre-payment of the extra fees, in cash, no less.

I was able to reduce the 'overage' by negotiating to 65% over estimate, as opposed to double. Items were lost and missing and both pick-up and delivery dates were arbitrarily changed/delayed. My claim for damages and missing items has been ignored now for three months. The claims process in itself strips you of any rights.

Such a waste of time, energy and money.It haunts me that a business can take advantage of a customer to this extent.

It is truly disappointing.

Monetary Loss: $2000.
